Boot Camp Express by Keith Johnson
Boot Camp Express by Keith Johnson is our signature program and it is administered in an extremely creative format keeping participants energized and motivated to continue their weight loss endeavors. The class is for men and women of all ages. Participants meet three to four days per week and purchase the program on a monthly basis. Participants utilize special equipment (patent pending) and follow a special class format that is unique to Health First. Currently there are multiple classes taught on site at Health First and off site at varying locations.
Over Ten Years of Experience
| Health First began developing its boot camp program in 1998 even before gaining the popularity that boot camp programs have today. As such, we have been able to rely on years of experience to design and develop one of the most effective boot camp programs on the market. Our boot camp instructors must complete a highly advanced boot camp certification program before they are permitted to work with out clients. |

What to Expect
Unlike most boot camp programs, our boot camp classes do not require you to run miles or do hundreds of push ups. We have developed very challenging complex muscle movements and exercises that are unique to our program. This includes a variety of cardiovascular & strength training activities and classes are held both indoors and outdoors. Boot Camp Express movements are designed for the class participant to see results right away. You will be challenged and we guarantee the Boot Camp Express experience will be unlike any other fitness program you have ever had. Our classes remain small in order to accommodate the individual needs of each participant. The program is designed specifically to become more challenging as the participant progresses.
