Junior Athletes Program 

The Health First (HF) Junior Athletes Boot Camp training program is designed to equip students with the necessary techniques to become skilled athletes of today and tomorrow. In this program students will learn specialized techniques that can be used in their athletic program at school and professional careers.  We train your young athlete for special team tryouts, special events, olympic tryouts and national tournaments

Participants utilize special equipment (patent pending) and follow a special class format that is unique to Health First. This program is administered in an extremely creative format keeping young athletes energized, motivated, and focused on their training.

The class is for young men and women. Participants meet three to four days per week and purchase the program in sessions. This is an excellent program that can be used in conjunction with students extra curriculum activities at school.
